Methodology — The AWARE Method

We don't fight your mind. We witness it.

Most mindset work tells you to think positive, push harder, fix yourself. I don't. I believe change happens when we slow down enough to actually see what is here. At snail pace.

My work is built on a simple method I call AWARE — a gentle map to come home to yourself.

The six stages

Less is more. No rush. We go deep by going slow.

  1. Stage 1

    Acknowledge

What is truly here, right now? Without the story. Just the truth of this moment.

    Exercise · The Honest Line

    1. 1.Sit somewhere quiet. Place a hand on your chest.
    2. 2.Finish this sentence out loud, without editing: “Right now, what is truly here is…”
    3. 3.Say only the fact of the moment — not the story about it. One line is enough.

    Journal prompt

What have I been pretending not to know about how I really feel today?

  2. Stage 2

    Witness

Can you watch your thoughts without becoming them? This is where everything softens.

    Exercise · Clouds Passing

    1. 1.Close your eyes for two minutes.
    2. 2.When a thought arrives, silently name it — “worrying”, “planning”, “remembering”.
    3. 3.Let it pass like weather. You are the sky, not the cloud.

    Journal prompt

Which thought did I become today — and what would it feel like to simply watch it instead?

  3. Stage 3

    Accept

Not giving up. Not agreeing. Just allowing what is to be here. Light and dark both belong.

    Exercise · Both Belong

    1. 1.Name one feeling you’ve been resisting.
    2. 2.Say: “This is allowed to be here.” Notice the body soften, even slightly.
    3. 3.Now name one thing that is also good right now. Let the two sit side by side.

    Journal prompt

What am I fighting that simply wants to be felt?

  4. Stage 4

    Release

What happens when you stop holding so tightly? Breath returns. Space opens.

    Exercise · Open Hands

    1. 1.Clench both fists and name what you’re gripping — a person, an outcome, an old story.
    2. 2.On a long exhale, slowly open your hands.
    3. 3.Repeat three times. You don’t have to let it go forever — just for this breath.

    Journal prompt

If I stopped holding so tightly, what might finally have room to arrive?

  5. Stage 5

    Embrace

You don't have to choose between parts of yourself. They can meet. They can kiss.

    Exercise · The Inner Meeting

    1. 1.Name two parts of you that feel at odds — the strong one and the scared one, perhaps.
    2. 2.Let each speak one sentence, without interruption.
    3. 3.Thank them both. They are each trying, in their own way, to keep you safe.

    Journal prompt

Which part of me have I exiled — and what would it say if I welcomed it home?

  6. Stage 6

    Respond

From presence, not panic. Slow. Intentional. Kind.

    Exercise · The Snail Pause

    1. 1.Next time something triggers you, take one full breath before any words.
    2. 2.Ask quietly: “What would kindness do here?”
    3. 3.Respond from that answer — or give yourself permission to respond later.

    Journal prompt

Where in my life would one extra breath change everything?

Why a snail?

My logo is my method.

  • Two fishes kissing in a Black Heart

The duality inside you — the parts that think they can't coexist.

  • Turn it upside down, a White Heart appears

Perspective changes everything. When you look differently, pain reveals love.

  • The spiral in the centre

Your life journey. Not a straight line forward, but a slow return inward, one gentle circle at a time.

  • 7 tentacles — 7 chakras

Body and soul together. From root to crown. Grounded and spiritual.

  • Black and White Heart

Yin and Yang. Wholeness, not perfection.

Snail pace is healing pace.

What this is not

This is not fast mindset hacks. Not hustle. Not fixing. Not forcing.

This is slow living for your inner world. If you are looking for quick, I am not your coach. If you are looking for deep, gentle, lasting change — welcome home.

Welcome home.
